The first Social Wellness Club in New York, set across two floors in the Flatiron District. A calm counterpoint to the city, built so that the moment you step off the street the pace drops and the body begins to settle.
Shapes cut
into the walls.
Flatiron was inspired by the Swiss architect Mario Botta, and the way he carves shapes into a wall. Dr. Leary set out to build a self-care experience inside that idea. It became our arched suites, ergodynamic and sized for larger reservations, lined so they read as one continuous run of infinity lounge beds.

The room is

Scent, sound, and light are all part of the design. A signature aromatic settles the space without announcing itself, and the music carries low frequencies tuned to calm the body beneath everything else.
The Kitchen Island
In place of the West Hollywood bar, Flatiron gathers around a kitchen island, the spot at home where everyone ends up talking. It still pours no alcohol. The point is simply to gather over Self-Care.
Made by Hand
Most of the furniture here was designed in house and hand made for Flatiron. The favorite is the couch by the ice bath studio: instead of the usual lumbar support, it was shaped to give sacral support and align the spine in a new way, and it turned out as comfortable as it is considered.

We work with the finest sauna makers in the world, and here they are LEED certified, which makes them not only the best but the safest saunas you will sit in.
The cold, together.
Flatiron is home to our first private Contrast Suite, which swings you from a hot infrared sauna to a cold plunge in a single room. The tunnel of daybeds holds the calm that follows, so the heat, the cold, and the stillness all live in one place. It is contrast therapy at its most immersive.
