Membership Overview

• The "Resident," "Resident Preferred," and "Resident All Access" memberships are not included in any holiday specials or limited-time promotions.
• Benefits do not roll over. Unused benefits are void at the end of each member’s respective billing term.
• Tech-Remedy credits are transferable and may be gifted to a guest of said member solely with the member's permission.
• Unlimited Cryotherapy or any unlimited benefit are non-transferable.
• To gift a membership credit to another guest, members must call their club remedy concierge team or be there in person to give direct permission, every time, no exceptions. No additional person(s) may be added to a membership in perpetuity other than the primary member.
• Resident All-Access members cannot transfer their unlimited benefits to anyone.
• Monthly class benefits are non-transferrable due to limited capacity. Guest Passes may be redeemed to invite a non-member to class free of charge.

All membership tiers may pause their membership for a $50/Month fee. Fee is charged upon pause placement and all benefits are subsequently paused and non-redeemable by Member or guests of Members.

All pause requests have to be submitted in writing via our Member Request Portal.

All membership must sign and agree to all terms in member contract

All membership will be contracted for a minimum of three months with the exception of the Resident All-Access tier.

Resident and Resident Preferred Members pay once a month for three months minimum and receive one month of benefits at a time (with quarterly contract renewal) OR pay once every three months and receive all membership benefits for the quarter upfront.

Tech Remedy credits associated with membership are not gift certificates as they hold no specific value. Unlike gift cards or gift certificates, tech remedies credits are for our tech-remedies only and can not be used to purchase any other goods or services. You cannot redeem the tech remedies included in your membership for cash.

Tech Remedy credits do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the description of tech remedy on the Website and the App and listed on your receipt.

Future tech remedy prices are subject to change, but Remedy Place will honor your tech-remedy or series of tech remedies until the expiration date, regardless of whether there is a price increase in the interim.
